Dr. Lisa L. Goolsby

As CEO for Impact, Dr. Goolsby provides direction and insight regarding marketing research and strategy for clients. She has a focus on consumer behavior and customer satisfaction, through years of client research, academic research, published works, and numerous seminars and presentations. As CEO for Wired Coffee Bar, LLC, she manages and directs the activities of a rapidly growing coffee business, with great attention to fulfilling customer and community need. In addition to her work with Impact, she continues to share her knowledge and love for marketing through her work as a marketing professor. She has served as the director of pediatric outreach for St. Vincent Hospital and Health Services in Indianapolis. As the director, Dr. Goolsby worked to develop the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent, setting marketing strategy, developing a 1:1 marketing initiative among three key target markets which increased volumes by 76% and revenues by 85% over the previous year’s comparison quarter. A major initiative was to train the hospital on customer service, with particular attention to the pediatric practice, including development and implementation of patient satisfaction survey instruments. She has also served as a marketing coordinator and marketing consultant with Olive Healthcare Consulting in Indianapolis. During her time as a consultant, she worked with manufacturers, physicians, and hospitals to conduct research and set marketing strategies. In addition to the above listed positions, she was the president for the American Marketing Association’s Indianapolis Chapter from 1996-1997 — earning her chapter an Excellence Award for Membership — and provided marketing consulting to the NCAA Final Four Communications Committee for the 1997 championships.
