Dr. Lisa L. Goolsby
As CEO for Impact, Dr. Lisa Goolsby provides direction and insight regarding marketing research and strategy for clients. She has a focus on consumer behavior and customer satisfaction, through years of client research, academic research, published works, and numerous seminars and presentations. As CEO for Wired Coffee Bar, LLC, she manages and directs the activities of a rapidly growing coffee business, with great attention to fulfilling customer and community need. In addition to her work with Impact, she continues to share her knowledge and love for marketing through her work as a marketing professor, including her current role teaching students in ADU’s bachelor’s in sonography program. She has served as the director of pediatric outreach for St. Vincent Hospital and Health Services in Indianapolis. As the director, Dr. Goolsby worked to develop the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent. She has also served as a marketing coordinator and marketing consultant with Olive Healthcare Consulting in Indianapolis. In addition, she was the president for the American Marketing Association’s Indianapolis Chapter from 1996-1997 — earning her chapter an Excellence Award for Membership — and provided marketing consulting to the NCAA Final Four Communications Committee for the 1997 championships.
