Dr. Kim McManus
Dr. Kim McManus has served as a strategic advisor to senior executives from global companies for more than two decades. She consults internally with Adventist Health System’s eight-campus Florida Hospital network. She is an expert facilitator for large and complicated projects, providing support for the integration of organizational cultures and business priorities among stakeholders with diverse interests. She is adept in the tools and techniques of project and change management, and an authority on the development of team effectiveness to support successful achievement of business objectives. Throughout her career, Dr. McManus has combined consulting with teaching at universities in the United States and the United Kingdom, including Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland, and the Pennsylvania State University. She has served as adjunct at ADU since joining Florida Hospital in Orlando in 2013, including courses for the online sonography degree. With a Ph.D. from the George Washington University’s business school in Washington, D.C., and a collection of professional credentials from respected organizations such as Development Dimensions International (DDI), Prosci, Inc., and the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Dr. McManus offers a powerful combination of expert qualifications, deep experience, and a consistent track record of delivering results with excellence.
