Dr. Ghassan Salameh
Dr. Ghassan Salameh graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in economics and in 1982 with an MBA in finance. In 1987, he earned his doctorate degree from Tennessee State University in the education and the econometric of national development. He is also an associate professor with 30 years of teaching and business experience. He teaches students in the online bachelor’s in sonography program as well as other ADU degrees. During his career, he helped establish a college system in UAE (Higher Colleges of Technology). He also worked for eight years at NYiT (New York Institute of Technology) Amman Campus, in which he established academic excellence by creating a Center for Faculty Development and American Teaching Methods. His rich experience as an entrepreneur is coupled with education and leadership positions such as interim dean, campus manager, and director of faculty development.
