Dr. Georgina Hill
Dr. Georgina Hill earned her doctorate degree in English from Purdue University, specializing in rhetoric and writing, and linguistics. Much of her teaching career she spent in Michigan at both Andrews University and Western Michigan University, where she directed the first-year writing program. In 2008, she began teaching at ADU, and now serves as an instructor for ADU’s online sonography degree. Currently, she directs the honors program at Pacific Union College in California. Her professional focus has been on effective methods for teaching students to write from elementary grades through college. Writing is a powerful tool for students to learn new material and a critical skill for success in this information age, so she is dedicated to helping students become competent writers.
