Lynn Rowe has been an RN for 24 years and has worked for Florida Hospital in various roles. She received her BSN from Florida State University, her MSN from the University of Phoenix, and her Ph.D. from the University of Arizona. As for her clinical background, she was a staff nurse in cardiac PCU (3 years), a multisystem ICU/transplant (7 years), an educator for the multisystem and neurological ICU (2 years), a clinical specialist (10 years) for the ICU at the system level, and for the past 2 years she has worked in the department of Clinical Excellence and Research as a nurse research scientist. Her clinical areas of interest are multisystem failure, sepsis, and transplantation, with a focus on liver transplants. She looks forward to sharing some of her experience with all of her students. She has been married for 15 years, and her husband graduated from the University of Florida in Survey and Mapping. They have two dogs and a cat.
