I LIVE IN GREECE AND I AM A TECH RADIOLOGIST….CAN I ENGAGE IN THIS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMME…OR NOT BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE…HERE IN GREECE THERE ARE NOT CHANCES FOR EXTRA EDUCATION…I AM LOOKING FORWARD FOR YOUR ANSWER…

Our program is completely online, so living outside of the United States will not affect your eligibility for our program. We have many students studying from abroad. As long as you are registered with the ARRT or NMTCB, you may be eligible for our program. You can learn more about our requirements here, or you can speak with a Distance Enrollment Specialist directly by calling 1-888-768-6276.

I was just reading about the “bridge” status? How does that work. I am currently an ARRT registered Technologist but I do not have my associates degree. Do I still need to get the associates degree before entering this program?

    • dbernard says:

As long as you are registered by the ARRT and meet our other admissions qualifications, you can take the prerequisite courses with FHCHS online, so you do not need to have an associate’s degree before entering our program. Your Distance Enrollment Specialist is Erik Schultz, so if you would like more detailed information, you can contact him at 1-888-768-6276 and press 2 when prompted.

Hello! My name is Lucian and I am interested in your radiology / sonography distance program. Would someone from Europe with no previous background in any of those areas be eligible to enroll in your program as an international student? I tried several times to contact you at the phone number provided above but I got no answer. I would like to talk with somebody to specifically answer some of my inquiries. Thank you!

I am a C.T. tech registered with an Associates in Allied Science and am currently unemployed. Is there financial aid available? I’ve been in Imaging for over 20 years and would like to take my career to the next step in hopes of boosting my chances of obtaining my dream job!

    • dbernard says:

Yes, there is financial aid available through the FAFSA. You can learn more about the financial aid options and application process by visiting the financial aid page of our website found here: http://online.fhchs.edu/enrollment/financial-aid/. Or you can give us a call at 1-888-768-6276 and speak to a Distance Enrollment Specialist who can help you through each step of the process.

Can I still get accepted if I have some bad transcripts. I didn’t focus well after high school and didn’t know what I wanted to go to college for and ended up getting some bad grades. Will you accept me and give me a chance?

    • dbernard says:

We do require that you have a 2.5 cumulative GPA in order to qualify for our program. To determine your eligibility definitively, an official transfer credit evaluation would need to be completed. You can speak with a distance enrollment specialist by calling 1-888-768-6276.

Hello I am currently attending PHCC pursuing my AS in nursing. After graduating I want to work on my BSN, SHould I get my AA degree as well? or just by having an AS I can be admitted at FHC? also is this a limited access program?I am worried it is going to take me a long time to get my BSN thank you

    • dbernard says:

Thank you for your interest in Florida Hospital College. And congratulations on pursuing your AS in Nursing. In order to qualify for our program, you would not need an AA as well as an AS degree. You would have to take your NCLEX exam to become a registered nurse, but you can apply with proof of eligibility to sit for the NCLEX. Since our program is completely online, we are able to have unlimited availability. So there is not waiting list or limited access as long as you meet our requirements. Best of luck finishing your AS degree and we hope you’ll continue on to pursue your BSN.

  7. Jami McCraney says:

Hi. I’m interested in your medical degrees. Do you take pell grants and do you have to have a Aa or AS to take them? How much are the degrees? Thank you

  8. Cindy Perry says:

I am interested in your Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences program. I currently hold an AS degree and ARRT. Can you tell me the total # of units needed to complete your program? I am looking to find what I can expect to pay for the total program.
    Thank you

    • jrodriguez says:

Hi Cindy, Students who have an Associates Degree in Radiography typically need between 60 – 66 credits to complete our Bachelors Degree. Those who completed a certificate based program start out needing 84 credits. However, we do evaluate all college transcripts and try to transfer in as many classes as possible. An enrollment advisor can evaluate your transcripts.
