Christopher Litten
Dr. Christopher Litten is a professor of English at Adventist University of Health Sciences (formerly known as Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences). He has been teaching for over 30 years and joined the Adventist University faculty in 1999. Dr. Litten received his doctoral degree in English Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Maryland. He has presented professional workshops on writing and was a featured presenter at a college writing conference at the University of Maryland. Dr. Litten is a member of the National Council of Teachers of English. He has been a recipient of the Thomas and Violet Zapara Excellence in Teaching Award. Dr. Litten strives for excellence by enhancing his teaching skills and endeavoring to learn more about the humanities. In his leisure time, he enjoys visiting art museums, watching drama performances, travel, and riding his bike to work.
