Dan Lim

As the Vice President for Academic Administration, Dr. Lim is responsible for Educational Technology and Distance Learning at Adventist University of Health Sciences (formerly known as Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences). He joined the University in 2007. Dr. Lim obtained his doctorate degree from Andrews University. He has received several awards for his expertise in technology, 2006 Technology Innovator – Campus Technology Magazine, 2005 Gaming Programming – Guide Magazine, and in 2004, Outstanding Technology Support Services for Students with Disabilities. Dr. Lim has authored numerous articles and presented at professional conferences focusing on technology. Dr. Lim wants to provide students with a highly engaging and fun learning environment. He enjoys creating computer learning games, digital photography, traveling (especially by train), playing Wii with his family, reading books about successful people, gardening, and hiking in state and national parks.
